Privacy policy

This is a marketing site. It collects no client materials, receives no case documents and holds no data from the Makor system. The only details collected are the ones you choose to send in the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you submit in the contact form: name, firm, email, phone, matter type and your message. Kept for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Your accessibility preferences are stored on your own device, never on our servers.

No tracking cookies, no analytics, no pixels, no advertising, which is why there is no consent banner. See the cookie policy.

What we do with it

We use it solely to reply to you. We do not sell, rent or share it, we send no unsolicited mail, and we do not use it to train models.

Who else sees it

Form messages reach us by email through AWS SES; the site is hosted on Vercel. The binding list is at sub-processors. Some of these operate outside Israel, so sending the form involves a transfer abroad of what you submitted.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law as amended by Amendment 13, you may access, correct and delete your information. One email to the address above is enough and we will handle it within 30 days. No justification needed.

Separate from the product

The Makor system is installed on the firm's own servers. Case material, documents and outputs stay there and never reach us. This policy does not govern them; the signed agreement and its data processing addendum do.
