This is a marketing site. It collects no client material, accepts no case documents and holds no data from the Makor system. The only details collected are the ones you choose to send in the form.

What is collected, and on what basis

There are no tracking cookies, analytics, pixels or advertising on this site. Which is also why there is no consent banner. Full detail in thecookie policy.
What we do with the data
- The details are used solely to get back to you about the matter you raised.
- We do not sell, rent or share them.
- We do not send mailings you did not ask for.
- We do not use your details to train models.
Who else sees the data
The form message is emailed to us via AWS SES, and lands in the company mailbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. The full and binding list is on the Subprocessors page. Some of these services operate outside Israel, so sending involves transferring the details you provided abroad.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law as amended by Amendment 13, you may review the data collected about you, ask for it to be corrected if wrong, and ask for it to be deleted. One message to the address above is enough, and we will handle it within 30 days. No reason is required.
Security
Access to incoming enquiries is limited to company staff who need it. Full detail of the controls is on the Security and trust.
The separation between the site and the product
Makor itself is installed on the firm's infrastructure, or on a dedicated private server we operate for the firm. In the first mode the infrastructure is controlled by the firm, and case material, documents and outputs stay there and do not pass to us. In the second mode we operate a dedicated private environment for the firm, in which we hold operational access at a scope and under controls set in the hosting addendum. In either case, what is stated here concerns the marketing site and the enquiries that arrive through it, not case material.
What applies to them is the agreement between the firm and us and its data processing annex, under regulation 15 of the data security regulations and Amendment 13. A firm that asks to see them receives them the same day.
Minors
The site is aimed at professionals. We do not target minors and do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will update this document when circumstances change, and not to expand permissions retroactively. The date at the top of the page marks the last update.
