These terms apply to use of makor-ai.com. They are not the product licence. A firm that engages us signs a separate licence and support agreement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

2. What the site is
A marketing site. It describes a software product and lets you contact us. It is not the product, holds no client material and accepts no case documents.
3. What Makor is not
Makor is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Makor is software that builds the factual record of a case. It does not advise, does not draft claims, does not file documents and does not represent anyone.
Every output of the system is working material requiring a lawyer's checking and verification, not a finished document and not legal drafting. It must not be relied on without checking. Professional responsibility for any use of an output remains with the lawyer, in full and in every case. No lawyer-client relationship exists or is created between us and anyone browsing here.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, an opinion, or a recommendation to act in any particular matter.
4. Contacting us through the site
- The details you send are used solely to get back to you. See the privacy policy.
- Do not send privileged material, case documents or details identifying your clients through this site. A web form is not the channel for material under professional confidentiality, and we do not ask for it.
- An enquiry creates no engagement and does not oblige us to enter one.
5. Site content and intellectual property
The content, design, the name Makor and the logo are the company's property. Quoting and linking with attribution is permitted. Do not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or use our marks in a way that implies a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
The demo data on this site is entirely invented. There is not, and never will be, a real client name or a detail from a real matter on this site.
6. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it describes a product under development. A capability described here is not a contractual commitment; the commitments live in the signed agreement and its annexes. The site is provided as is, and we do not warrant continuous availability.
7. Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content. Liability limits for the product itself are set by the licence agreement and are not determined here.
8. Links
A link from this site to another is not an endorsement of its content. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for them.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top of the page marks the last update.
