Subprocessors
Updated: August 2026 · a permanent address, as required by the data processing annex
This English text is a convenience translation. If it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew prevails.
In the on-premises deployment, the vendor has no subprocessors that touch your material, because the vendor has no access to the material. The list below distinguishes the two explicitly.
On-premises deployment (the default)
| Party | Role | Touches case material? |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | Language model provider | Yes, but not as our subprocessor. The engagement, the key and the billing are the firm's, and we are not party to it |
| Amazon Web Services (SES) | Sign-in emails, Ireland | No. They carry nothing from a case, only the user's email address and a login link, and only if the firm chose to use our mail server. A firm that points the system at its own mail server, as most do, leaves us and AWS out of that path entirely |
| Any other party | None | None |
On an installation in the firm's own infrastructure we have no routine access to matter material. Where support access is needed, it is opened for a specific incident, with prior approval, for as long as it takes, and it is recorded in the audit log.
Hosted by us
| Party | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Server infrastructure | Germany |
| Anthropic | Language model provider, under your contract | United States |
A client required to keep data in Israel may ask for a move to Israeli infrastructure with prior notice. Under hosting by us, the infrastructure is run and managed by us in an environment dedicated to that firm. The scope of operational access, the infrastructure providers, where the data sits and the hosting terms are all set out in the hosting addendum.
The marketing site
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and runs on Vercel, and holds no client material at any stage. Details in thecookie policy.
Changes
Adding a subprocessor that touches client material requires prior notice and grants a right to object, as stated in the data processing annex. This list is the binding list, and the date at its top is the last update.
