The meeting runs on a fictional matter built for demonstration, the size of an ordinary commercial case. All that is asked of you is to describe how you work today.
What happens in the meeting

What is sent before the meeting

Anyone who wants to arrive prepared can read the Security and trust page and the Controls summary in advance, which leaves the meeting time for your own questions.
Who should be in the room
A partner or senior lawyer running an evidence-heavy matter, and whoever is responsible for your information systems if they are free. The meeting works with one person too, and the technical part can be held separately with your IT team.
After the meeting
You get a written summary, answers to any question left open, and a dated quote for the size of your firm. If you want to continue, the next step is a pilot of defined scope on matters of your own.
Demonstrations use a fictional matter only. There is no need to bring real material, and no need to sign a confidentiality agreement to see the system work.
